About Aaron Crabb — ACC Barrister, Auckland and Nationwide

I have practised accident compensation law for over 20 years. I started out in industrial relations, social justice and human rights organisations, legal information services, and civil liberties groups, before moving into civil and ACC law in the early 2000s.

Since then I have handled cases at every level of the jurisdiction, from Review Hearings through to District Court appeals and High Court appeals on points of law, across the full range of ACC matters.

How I work with clients

I will tell you clearly what your prospects are, what the process involves, and what it is likely to cost, before you commit to anything.

I do not use jargon. I do not keep you in the dark. And I do not treat a complex personal injury matter as a production line. Every case has a person behind it, and the details matter.

I am a barrister sole. That means when you instruct me, you are working directly with me.
